Ike's new favorite hangout/toy is the laundry basket. He loves when I bring it in with a load of laundry. He immediately starts pulling the clothes out and when he gets bored with that he starts pushing the basket around.
Once it's empty he likes sitting in it and hanging out.

My kids love them too - get the 2 of them going and you have instant boat tours...
Kelsey was looking at pics from Christmas and pointed to Ike and asked, "Who's that?" I told her, "It's Ike! We like Ike!" I tried to get her to say "I like Ike" but she would only say, "I love Ike!" I guess I shouldn't try to correct her, we do love Ike!
Why is it that kids love things that aren't "toys"? We spend money on this fun, educational and sometimes expense toys and they love the box, water bottle, or even the laundry basket. I must immediate I laughed really hard at the "Angie" pic. I can't wait to show Dan.
That is awesome that you did not have to waste money at Kindermusik to fall in love with the past-time.
Ike is so cute. Can't wait to see him when our mission is over. The clothes basket was popular when you were a baby. We are at one year on 6 August. We are busy but enjoying Chad and Collin while they are here. They are off for new adventures while we have Panama here this weekend. Love you. Mom
