Ryan won't let me take a picture of it but he has Ike in his Baby Bjorn facing outward and Ryan is playing Playstation. It's pretty darn cute.

Sounds adorable. Tell Ryan he's a poor sport! Can you at least snap a sneaky one from your camera phone??
Sounds like Jason. He gets mad when I post pictures of him without him knowing. I need to figure out how to add video one of these days. I'd love to get my kids in one of their big fights or potty talk moments for all to see what I have to deal with all day.
Youtube baby, it's easy! If I can figure it out you can. I can't figure out how to add a picture to my profile so it shows when I leave a comment.
There are some things that Linc won't indulge, the reason being, "Because you are going to put it on your blog". That would be an awesome dad shot though. I wish I would have taken one of Linc with Mya all balanced with him playing in a banana chair. Multi-tasking at work!
And for the profile pic...post a picture of yourself on your blog (you can even post it and then delete the post later I believe) and then copy the link by right clicking on the picture. Then paste the link where it asks you for the image link when setting up your profile. Sometimes you have to resize your picture or save it so it isn't large. Let me know if that doesn't work or if you need help. Seriously.
